| Perky Cheerleaders...sis boom bah! After dropping some friends off at the airport we decided to have dinner at a small local mall. We could hear a great deal of barking but had no idea why??? As we turned the corner we were greeted by hundreds of people parading their dogs all dressed in costume, each waiting their turn on a center stage! Once again, so glad to have had my little point and shoot camera for those unexpected moments! Most were uncomfortable in costume, but somehow endured with the aroma of doggy treats being shared! How fun that you happened upon these delightful dogs. How fun and so glad you had your camera with you...never know when the moments might happen. Love them all...but the Basset Lounge made me laugh!!

my word what a delight it must have been to witness this parade. a few seem to have managed some dignity in the wearing of their costumes. I especially like the pirate doggie. happy Sunday to you Rosemary.

Oh my goodness! The yorkies in the stroller are adorable and the gator chihuahua is presh! Reminds me of my Sparky. What a great photo opp for a photographer. And fun, too!

Halloween has gone to the dogs! So adorable. I just started a new pirate cat illustration. My cats are happy it is only a drawing. They are safe for now.
