"With all the horror and disappointment in mankind that sometimes overwhelms us, we must continue to believe!"~Rosemary Aubut~
I shed tears this morning for all the families who will never again celebrate Christmas in innocence and peace. My heart and soul aches for you! Hug and hold your children more dear people, love them with all of your heart!
Pictures above were taken at the Burroughs and Langford Kingston Homes, Fort Myers, Florida. Beautifully decorated and open to the public by the Fort Myers Women's Club!
I'm trying to see beyond the horror but will never understand!

Oh, Rosemary, I totally agree with you. We must overcome the spirit of evil with prayer and love. Don't know what else to do.
Love the "white room" BTW.

Beautiful photos. I love the white tree!
I doubt we will ever know why. But you are right, we can continue to believe.

We will know no peace if we search for understanding the impossible. Our hearts are heavy with heartbreak and loss. I agree with you Rosemary, we must continue to believe and find solace there.
This home is lovely, I like the White Room. Wishing you and yours a joyful holiday season and a healthful new year.
Peace.

That white room is spectacular! My heart also hurts for all those affected by this senseless act. So much evil in the world. Really, we are all affected.

oh these are just so beautiful!!

there has been so much tragedy, all around me in these last few months. for me, i try so hard to think positive thoughts and focus on all the wonderful joy i have around me.

i do hope that somehow those families are able to heal, but the loss of a child is difficult to recover from!!

It is my belief that there is no understanding, Rosemary. Only deep sadness.

Your photographs are just beautiful, and this looks like such an amazing place to be.

I wish you and your family a blessed Christmas, and a very Happy New Year.

xo.

A hard time for many. Your photos are wonderful, such a contrast between the tree yet both are very beautiful.

It's been a rough week for most of us to absorb. It's been a hellish nightmare for those involved.

Your photos are pretty. I wonder why they call it the white room. ;)
