| just love the contrast and color... Recently I purchased a small point and shoot camera, for all those times I wished I had my camera with me. Not much bigger than my cellphone it fits nicely in my purse. Sixteen mega pixels and a steady hand rendered me a few great shots. Carrying my big Canon around still my favorite way to go but I'm starting to fall in love with my little Nikon! Enjoy!  |

Such beautiful colors...so vibrant.
The colours are great too! The first and last are my favourites. I'm guessing you will love it more as you learn how to make the most of your new camera.
That last shot is my favorite- so pretty!
They do come in handy at times and for the most part, they take fabulous pictures, as you can attest here!
It was a sad day when I lost my Sony PAS down by the pond. Your little Nikon takes great photos. :)
your images are gorgeous, it's hard to believe the were taken with a point & shoot although sometimes i am amazed at the pictures my iphone takes.

Excellent photos with great beauty, I love all, wonderful colors.
Beautiful flowers, Rosemary. Cameras have come a long way and there is not really a reason to assume point and shoots can't make great shots.

What a great idea to carry a p&s around all the time! That way you're sure not to miss anything. I'd say that Nikon does an awesome job. That one dahlia looks like the center of my zinnias. I wonder if they're related?
