Tropical Color!

A Day At The Spa!
Waiting For Hire
Take Me Away
Art For Sale
These are the last photos that I will publishing on the subject of the Keys in Florida! I must say that I was inspired, just love color and anything tropical. My addiction for seascapes just intoxicates my senses and I will move on to other subjects soon, I promise!
The above photos were taken at Robbie's Marina in Islamorada, Florida. We fed the tarpon and meandered about enjoying the artwork and hand made items by local artisans.
Our next destination a five hour ride home and finding a good restaurant somewhere in between. We managed both and were ready to get back into the swing of our everyday retirement lifestyle.
Enjoy a bit of this tropical paradise, breath in the fresh air, then close your eyes and just imagine!

No need to move on to other subjects so soon! I'm loving these tropical themed photos. So much color and vibrancy. Love them all. One question: what are those pelicans sitting on?

Hi Gail, thanks for your comment and your question. Hubby says that the pelicans are standing on live bait traps. The round yellow one holds fish and the square ones hold crabs! Well there you have it! Thanks again.

Such a different place than the Midwest, for sure -- the colors are wild. Wonderful captures and I'm so glad you had a great time.

Thank you so much for sharing at Your Sunday Best this week. xoxo

Hi Rosemary, I have never been to Florida, but your images make me think that it might be nice to make it there someday. The water looks so clear and I can't believe that you can see such big fish right off the dock in your previous post. Those pelicans seem to be natural comedians!

Rosemary, thanks for your nice comment on my blog. I love pelicans and I'm looking forward to a trip to the Texas Gulf Coast next month to find some. I've enjoyed scrolling through your photos of Key West. I love the bright colors. Your style is similar to mine I believe. I do a lot of editing in Topaz Adjust and I'm thinking you might also!
